Services

My ultimate goal when working with a client individually is identifying the treatment approaches and interventions that will help you reach your treatment goals as timely as possible.  The most important resource to make this happens is you.   My goal is to help you tap into your inherent strengths and utilize those strengths to break the cycle of thinking and behaviors that has led you to distress.

  • Inner Power Group: Elementary age children working together to strengthen their ability to communicate and problem solve effectively while managing their emotions. The biggest goal of this group is to uplift the child’s confidence of their own inner power. Click Here To Learn More
